Prior to joining Disability:IN as an Inclusion Works consultant, Paula was a Managing Director and Business Strategy & Initiative Executive at Bank of America Private Bank. In this role, she partnered with other leaders across the firm to successfully develop and execute key business, operational and organizational initiatives. She also was a staunch advocate and leader for diversity and inclusion across the bank and, in particular, worked to advance disability inclusion.
Paula was Enterprise Co-Executive Sponsor of the bank’s Disability Advocacy Network. Over the years, the network grew from 1 chapter and 40 members to 30 chapters and over 17,000 members globally. She was a founding member of the bank’s Enterprise Disability Advisory Council, an executive governance committee that provides guidance, sponsorship, and oversight for the successful execution and sustainment of the bank’s enterprise disability strategy. Paula received Bank of America Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager Award in recognition of her leadership.
Paula is a former member of Disability:IN’s Board of Directors and is currently Vice Chairman of the National Disability Institute’s Board of Directors.
