Nakeshia serves as Finance & Operations Manager, providing supplementary assistance to the President & CEO, as well as all of the executive leadership team, and helps direct current and new operational ventures for the organization. She also tracks and maintains corporate partnership benefits as well as assist corporate relations team and communications team in assembling materials for current and prospective corporate partners. She is exhilarated to be a part of such a impassioned organization and looks forward to aiding Disability:IN in furthering its goals in disability inclusion globally.

Nakeshia has a wide-ranging knowledge in executive support which has afforded her a wealth of knowledge in many areas including billing and reconciliation, event planning and logistics, and general project and operational support. She has worked within the legal field for the better part of 20+ years. Nakeshia graduated from the University of Maryland with a Dual Degree in Computer Studies (B.S.) and Paralegal Studies (B.S.).
