Mary Messer
Mary has over 15 years of experience in Workplace Strategy & Operations and Finance. She led the launch of the Enterprise Accessibility program at Nike, guiding and integrating efforts across the organization to improve the consumer and employee experience for people with disabilities. She also led the operationalization of accessibility programs within the Workplace Strategy & Operations team. Mary holds a master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
