Emily joins the Disability:IN Inclusion Works Team as the Sourcing and Community Outreach Consultant with a background in diversity recruiting, disability employment and return to work support programs, and program management consulting supporting private and public sector programs aimed to increase employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Emily is responsible for developing effective outreach and recruitment strategies that expand the Inclusion Works member companies’ talent sourcing network. Emily builds connections between the Inclusion Works member companies, higher education professionals, and state, local, and community organizations to expand the talent pipeline to include experienced and student talent with disabilities.
She also connects these companies to best practices around programs that build and sustain an inclusive workplace.
In addition to her role with the Inclusion Works Team, Emily also is the lead staff support for Disability:IN’s ERG/BRG Leadership Committee and the Disability:IN Webinar Series for Corporate Partners, as well provides consulting services on the NextGen Leaders Programs.
