Lisa Motta
Lisa Motta is a Recruiting Administrator for PNC Financial Services Group, INC in Pittsburgh, PA. She has been with PNC since 2014. Prior to employment at PNC Bank, Lisa worked as an elementary teacher and raised her family. She graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education.
At PNC Lisa serves as a member of the PNC ENABLES EBRG where she co-leads the vision/hearing resource group. The purpose of the EBRG is to create an inclusive culture and offer resources to members.
In advocating for individuals with disabilities she has participated in speaking engagements for the Office of Vocation & Rehabilitation (OVR), testified at the Senate Committee on Aging for Senator Casey and has participated in the Disabilities Round Table at PNC.
