Bio

Kate Calcutt is a Corporate Engagement Manager for Global Workplace Initiatives, who works with Inclusion Works and the Disability Equality Index teams. She began her career in South Carolina as a grassroots campaign manager for local races. This experience led to a position on Capitol Hill, where she gained insight into government processes.

More recently, she spent time working at a nonprofit where she had a dual role; on the Talent Acquisition team, she was involved with employer branding, coordinator strategy, and implementing an accessible video interview capability. On the HR team, she managed special projects for two directors.

Kate earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Biology and Business. She continues to exercise her scientific muscles as she tutors and mentors general chemistry and organic chemistry students.
