Janet Tsai, PMP
Janet Tsai co-chairs the 2017 Employee Resource Group (ERG) Council supporting 11+ ERGs at Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC). She also serves on the Advisory Board for other ERGs since 2011. She is a frequent guest speaker for the ERGs and was awarded as 2013 Woman-of-the-Year from Northrop Grumman Women’s International Network (NGWIN) ERG. Janet champions and raises awareness in support of Diversity and Inclusion
Within her 17+ years of IT career, Janet Tsai has performed in various roles for the NGC IT Organization: technical support, project management, IT business process and planning, staffing, training, and incident management.
A graduate with honors, Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of California at Irvine and is certified in A+ PC Technician, HP Warranty Administrator, HP Warranty Technician, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
