As Administrative Consultant, Jodi manages all of the Disability:IN administrative duties and keeps the organization on task.
She has a diverse and strong skill set: recruiting & training, project & performance management, succession planning, marketing & public relations, systematizing operations, financial forecasting, and bookkeeping.
She has worked in a variety of sectors including finance, real estate and human resources. Her claim to fame here at Disability:IN is her ability to get things done quickly, finding the best tools and people for the job. Jodi loves acting as a jack of all trades, getting new projects up and running. She is supported by the “Mommy Army” at Ideal Solutions, a team of college-educated, former corporate staffers who provide virtual assistant and digital marketing services to businesses nationwide.
She has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from The College of New Jersey and a master’s in labor relations and employee relations from Rutgers University. She lives with her husband and adorable daughter in South Florida. She spends quite a bit of her time playing at (and sometimes even working remotely from!) her local YMCA.
