Dana has experience in program management, communications, marketing, and community relations. She worked at Intel for 33 years in numerous roles including Corporate Work/Life Manager, External Partnership Manager and most recently Community Account Manager. She spent the last 10 years working in Global Diversity and Inclusion focused on women, LGBT+ and the disability communities including the development of strategies for the Leadership Councils and Employee Resource Groups – Intel Disability and Accessibility Network (IDAN) and Intel Pride.
Dana secured corporate sponsorship for the Disability:IN and Inclusion Works partnerships at Intel. She managed Intel’s submissions for the Disability Equality Index (DEI) and Global Disability Equality Index, co-led development of Self ID global strategy, implemented disability inclusion listening sessions and worked closely with IDAN on programming for Disability Employment Awareness Month.
