Colet Mitchell is an educator. She worked in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), the Veteran’s Employment and Training Service (VETS), the U.S. Departments of Housing and Urban Development, Education, the U.S. House of Representatives and the Rochester, New York School District.
In 2016, Colet was selected to participate as a Loaned Executive to the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area. She holds a B.S. in history and M.S. in education from the State University of New York.
Colet has a Personal and Professional Coaching Certification (PPCC) from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada (2016) recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has achieved Advanced Communicator Bronze (ACB) from Toastmasters International. She loves people, cooking, and tennis.
Colet was inducted into the Susan Daniels Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame in August, 2017.
