Bio

Anne Gardner is a program administrator at CVS Health and serves on the leadership team of the Abilities Colleague Resource Group. She is a passionate advocate for inclusion/accommodation of employees with non-apparent disabilities-specifically mental illness and substance abuse. She uses her own story of recovery coupled with statistics, suggestions for inclusive initiatives and her perspective as a long–time employee, to affect positive change at CVS Health. Anne also runs an animal sanctuary, rescuing cats and large breed pigs. She is trained in pet-assisted therapy and has witnessed the healing effect of the human-animal bond.
