NextGen Leaders apply to attend the Disability:IN conference and participate in sessions to assist them with navigating the transition from college to the workforce. Matchmaking is a networking event consisting of 5 rounds of 15-minute meetings with each NextGen Leader, followed by a short time for open networking. Corporate partners can participate in one session for either (Either Monday, July 15 from 5-6:30 p.m. Pacific Time OR Tuesday, July 16 from 4-5:30 p.m. Pacific Time).
