USAA has a centralized Leave, Disability, and Accommodation group that conducts training to new and incumbent leaders during Leadership Development School, house calls, and department staff meetings. Additionally, there is also a myriad of educational information on the company intranet and employee handbook explaining how the accommodation program works.
