Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) is a prominent conversation now across our nation and in the workplace. Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines Equity as ‘justice according to natural law or right; specifically, freedom from bias or favoritism,’ Diversity is defined as ‘the condition of having or being composed of differing elements; especially the inclusion of different types of people (such as people of different races or cultures) in a group or organization,’ and Inclusion is defined as ‘the act of including; the state of being included.’

We’re bringing an esteemed panel of EDI professionals together for a candid discussion about how we as individuals, organizations, and as a community can develop a meaningful EDI culture in the workplace. Learn about the key elements of a successful program, how to promote engagement, and pitfalls to avoid. Race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation… how can we ensure all are treated equally and feel welcome within our businesses? If you’d like to help be a catalyst for change in your organization, you don’t want to miss this!
