Ritz Carlton & JW Marriott Grande Lakes Orlando
Room Rate: $179 per night, plus tax and fees
The Disability:IN Conference Hotel Block at the Grande Lakes Property is almost sold out. There are some days that the block is fully committed, however, there may still be rooms available at the property outside of the Disability:IN room block. The reservations team may be able to assist you with booking rooms for nights that are still available within our group rate and adding nights at the prevailing room rate for those nights that the group rate is fully committed. You may reach out to the in house reservations team for assistance by emailing [email protected].
Should the Disability:IN Conference room block be fully committed, you may also book your room at the prevailing rate (while supplies last) by booking directly with the property, please visit: JW MARRIOTT GRANDE LAKES or RITZ CARLTON GRANDE LAKES.
Here are some additional hotel options for the Disability:IN Annual Conference.
Advance Deposit Required: Please note that if you book a room at the host hotel property at the group rate, a non-refundable deposit of one (1) night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card within 72 hours of booking.
Booking Accessible Rooms: Accessible rooms at our Host Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes, are limited and available on a first come/first served basis.
If you require a wheelchair accessible room, please email Shelia Merritt ([email protected]) . In your email, please be sure to include the following information:
- Dates of your stay (including if you would like to extend your stay either before or after conference dates)
- Specific accessibility needs
- Your best mode of communication for follow up (phone/email)
