In the event you are no longer able to attend the conference in-person and paid for an in-person registration you have two options:
- You may send a colleague from your company in your place. Please email Abbey Hunter at: [email protected]with your confirmation number, along with the name and email address of the individual you will be sending to the conference.
- If you pay via credit card or check, you may convert your in-person registration to a virtual registration. In this event, your one (1) in-person registration will be converted into three (3) virtual registrations for you to share with colleagues at your company.
If you use a comp code to register for the conference, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or convert your one (1) in-person registration to one (1) virtual registration.
There is a “no cancellation” policy for all virtual registrations, and there are no full refunds of in-person registrations.
After May 31, 2024, in-person registrations can no longer be converted to virtual or transferred to a colleague, you will still be able to transfer your virtual registration to a colleague.
Discount codes are not valid on virtual registrations.
