Our room block at the Cosmopolitan Hotel is currently sold out. You can book a room at the Cosmopolitan’s prevailing rate or book at a nearby hotel. For questions, please reach out to [email protected].
Advance Deposit Required: Please note that if you book a room at the host hotel property at the group rate, a non-refundable deposit of one (1) night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card within 72 hours of booking.
Booking Accessible Rooms: Accessible rooms at our Host Hotel, Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, are limited and available on a first come/first served basis.
If you require an accessible room, including wheelchair accessible, hearing accessible, or visually impaired accessible, please email Abbey Hunter ([email protected]). In your email, please be sure to include the following information:
- Dates of your stay (including if you would like to extend your stay either before or after conference dates)
- Specific accessibility needs
- Your best mode of communication for follow up (phone/email)
Please note, once the hotel is fully committed on accessible rooms, we can no longer accommodate these requests.
