Inspired by his daughter’s journey with Bainbridge-Ropers syndrome, he uses his voice to advocate for greater awareness and allyship. “Silence is the biggest enemy of inclusion,” he says, encouraging open conversations about disabilities.
Professionally, Lorenzo has shaped groundbreaking initiatives, including the HPE Digital Life Garage in Dubai— a new-generation hub and showcase for digital innovation. In both his professional and personal lives, he fosters a spirit of collaboration and understanding, embracing challenge and connection.
Everyone has their own way and ability to communicate, Lorenzo says, “but it is important to make disabilities what they are: a part of our lives, of our world.”
