Join this multi-round competition for a chance to have your Employee/Business Resource Group (ERG/BRG) present at the 2026 Disability:IN Conference and Expo. The winner of the challenge will also have the opportunity to be recognized on the conference main stage!
This competition is for Disability:IN Corporate Partners only.
Participation Requirements
- Need to have an established ERG/BRG for at least 1 year.
- Submissions need to include specific actions taken by the ERG/BRG to improve accessibility.
- At least one representative must be present in-person at the Conference to speak at a breakout session and accept the award on stage if selected as the challenge winner.
Round 1
Complete the Challenge Submission Form: 2026 Disability: IN ERG/BRG Challenge
Sharing specifics on what your ERG/BRG has done to improve accessibility across your organization for the business, employees, or customers.
Submission deadline: March 27, 2026
Finalists will be notified no later than May 11, 2026
Round 2
On July 28, the top 3 finalists will present in-person at a conference breakout session in front of the audience and a distinguished panel of judges. Each finalist will share a 10-minute presentation highlighting their accessibility initiatives, followed by a lightning round of questions from the judges.

Challenge Winner Announcement
The ERG/BRG Challenge winner will have the opportunity to accept their award on stage during the July 29 plenary session.
