Neurodiversity @ Work Employer Roundtable
Neurodiversity, broadly defined as a diversity of thinking styles and abilities, is especially important for innovative decision-making and increasing greater levels of diversity and inclusion within organizations.

Understanding Neurodiversity @ Work

What is Neurodiversity? Neurodiversity is a concept that recognizes the natural variation in human brain function and behavioral traits as a normal part of human diversity. Why does it matter at work? Neuroinclusive employers see major benefits, including more innovative, engaged and cohesive teams. Despite this, many neurodivergent professionals face unemployment and underemployment.
