Participation in the Index is a strategic imperative for companies at any stage of their disability inclusion journey. The Disability Index® empowers companies to:

Participation is free for eligible companies worldwide.

All non-government businesses or organizations with independent governance and more than 500 employees are eligible. Companies at any stage of their disability inclusion journey can benefit from participation.

The Disability Index® includes ~76 questions scored across ten categories.

Companies receive an immediate score and a corresponding proficiency level within a six-tier maturity framework designed to guide continuous progress.

Participants can choose between basic (Universal) and premium (Premiere) reporting tiers, depending on the desired depth of insights. Premium reporting is available at an additional cost.

Participation in the Disability Index® is always confidential. Recognition for top-scoring companies is optional and at the discretion of all participating companies.

The Index is designed to be a cross-functional tool that equips companies with the data needed to continuously advance disability inclusion. Companies are empowered to choose how they share their benchmark results. Companies scoring within the highest proficiency levels will earn recognition as “World’s Top Disability Inclusive Businesses”.
