Mylene Padolina

Mylene B. Padolina has over 25 years of experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, community relations, program management, leadership development and coaching. As the Sr. Diversity Outreach Manager with Microsoft Corporation, she developed and implemented benchmarked programs in community outreach, employee resource groups/employee networks and disability inclusion. Mylene also worked in the wireless telecommunications industry with Ameritech and AT&T Wireless Services in various Human Resources roles.
