Mackenzie Ward

Since she arrived at Disability:IN in 2018, Mackenzie has more than doubled the Disability:IN network from 135 companies to over 400 companies. In her role as Corporate Relations Director, she identifies new partners, manages relationships with current partners, and plans the Disability:IN Annual Conference.She leads the Disability:IN Talent Acquisition Committee which focuses on inclusive recruitment strategies; supports the Disability:IN Digital Accessibility Leadership Committee where leaders from across industries work together to drive accessibility within their organizations; and acts as the liaison to the Neurodiversity @ Work Employer Roundtable.Mackenzie’s passion for disability inclusion began when she joined and led the student group LEVEL at Villanova University. She graduated from Villanova with a major in Economics and minor in Spanish.

She currently lives in Washington, D.C. but loves to travel and spends as much time at the beach as she can.
