Lorne Needle

Lorne Needle is a professional with expertise in disability inclusion that includes talent acquisition, corporate strategy, learning and development, program design and scaling, and more. Google’s first global lead for disability inclusion in staffing, he successfully launched and executed a strategy that significantly expanded the pipeline of qualified people with disabilities and neurodivergent people, and created Google Cloud’s Autism Career Program. He earned a BA in Public Policy and an MBA from Stanford University.
