Lisa Bickel

Lisa M. Bickel has more than three decades of labor and employment law and disability inclusion experience. Lisa served as Chief Labor & Employment Counsel for Honeywell’s Aerospace business for 25 years. She drove the strategic approach to enterprise-wide initiatives in Affirmative Action, government compliance, and staffing strategy. Lisa was the Executive Sponsor of Honeywell’s All Abilities Employee Network. In recognition of her impact, Lisa was honored as the 2022 Executive Sponsor of the Year by Disability:IN.
