Laura Barbaro

After 40 years in the semiconductor industry, Laura Barbaro is a passionate advocat of diverse and inclusive leadership, employee development and championing the voice of the customer. Throughout her 35 years at Intel, she was the Co-Chair of the Intel Disability Leadership Council where she was responsible for interpreting global disability strategies to senior leaders, leading efforts in retention, progression, and recruitment and professional development. She was also an Executive Inclusion Advocate.
