Joanne Watson is a leader with 10+ years of corporate experience in designing and implementing world-class diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs on a global scale. She was Intel’s Director of Global Inclusion where she defined and led the strategy to increase the percentage of employees worldwide with a disability to 10% of the workforce.She has a deep understanding of non-apparent disabilities, both with lived experience and as a caregiver.
