Before joining Disability:IN,Jeff built a 28-year career at a leading financial institution, where he earned a reputation for operational excellence and inclusive leadership.

Jeff is legally blind due to Retinitis Pigmentosa(RP)—a lived experience that fuels his passion and sharpens his perspective. He holds the IAAP CPACC certification and is a certified ADA Title II & III Coordinator, bringing both technical rigor and personal insight to every conversation.
