Cynthia Collver

Pre-consultancy, Cynthia held leadership positions in the Telecommunications and Defense industries. She specializes in HR Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion. She is a founding member of the National Industry Liaison Group and initiated its first external partnership with Disability:IN. Cynthia’s efforts supporting disability employment were recognized with a 2017 CSAVR award for contributing to the development of the Talent Acquisition Portal (TAP). Cynthia’s career highlight was the development of an award winning corporate Wounded Warrior Program.
