Celeste Keanaaina

Celeste Keanaaina joined Disability:IN in 2021 and brings energy, organization, and a passion for inclusion to her role as Manager of Operations. She supports both the President & CEO and the Chief Operating Officer, helping to streamline operations, drive efficiency, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Celeste also serves as the Affiliate Liaison for 16 Disability:IN Affiliates across the country, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration. She’s the primary contact for the Accessibility Leadership Committee and the Reasonable Accommodations Committee, two dynamic spaces where business leaders come together to share insights and champion disability inclusion.

Before joining Disability:IN, Celeste spent eight years at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from California State University, Chico, and brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to everything she does, keeping inclusion and accessibility at the core of her work.
