Casey Oakes serves as the Chief Strategy and Impact Officer at Disability:IN, where he leads the organization’s efforts to position disability inclusion as a core driver of global corporate excellence. Partnering with a network of hundreds of the world’s leading corporations, Casey focuses on moving beyond baseline benchmarks to establish measurable, data-driven action that translates corporate commitment into structural economic impact.

Throughout his career, Casey has navigated the complex intersections of corporate strategy, government policy, and community impact. Prior to joining Disability:IN, he served as the Head of External Relations for Supplier Engagement at Google, where he spearheaded enterprise-wide strategic rescopes to integrate diversity and inclusion into global supply chains. His professional arc also includes key leadership roles at Marriott International and the U.S. Senate, where he served as a constituent advocate for Senator Frank R. Lautenberg.

An advocate for "profit with purpose," Casey believes that building resilient, inclusive ecosystems is a strategic requirement for global competitiveness. He is a 2025 Aspen Ideas Festival Fellow and Speaker and serves on the Board of Directors for the NextGen Chamber of Commerce.

Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University and resides in New York City.
