Ashley Kingston

Ashley Kingston provides direct support to the Inclusion Works team and consultants. A former Disability:IN NextGen Leader, Ashley holds a BA in Communications from Gallaudet University. She has experience working in the non-profit, government, and corporate sectors, serving in various administrative and operations roles. As a deaf person who uses American Sign Language (ASL), she is passionate about leveraging disabilities as an advantage in the workplace.

Prior to joining Disability:IN, she was an Executive Assistant for 5 senior executives at Conde Nast. She was involved in their Disability ERG and was fortunate to represent the company at the 2022 Disability:IN conference. She was also featured in Conde’s October 2022 #GlobalDiversityAwarenessMonth Campaign.

In her free time, she enjoys being active as much as she can, trying out new cuisines, and traveling around the world.
