Amanda Leslie

Amanda Leslie has been with Disability:IN since fall of 2023 and works on the Technology Team as the Manager of Technical Projects & Processes. In her role, Amanda leads complex technical initiatives that support Disability:IN’s new and existing corporate partners as they engage with organizational programs. Her work focuses on large‑scale platform builds, system integrations, accessibility‑driven design, and operationalizing complex technical requirements across platforms and teams. She is honored to be part of an innovative organization advancing business disability inclusion and equality in the workforce.

Prior to joining Disability:IN, Amanda was the Associate Director of Employment Services at PROVAIL, a multi‑service agency supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Washington State. In this role, she led the Employment Services team in securing jobs and advancing the careers of more than 500 students and adults with disabilities, giving her deep, firsthand insight into the systemic barriers and opportunities related to workforce inclusion. Amanda developed business partnerships to educate companies on the value of inclusive hiring practices and led a team of 75 job coaches providing ongoing workplace support. This experience continues to inform her work at Disability:IN, grounding her technical and strategic initiatives in real‑world understanding of disability inclusion and equitable employment.
