A senior procurement professional with over 20 years of industry experience, Mike Dubbs has worked across a variety of global Life Science organizations where he has held positions in various Indirect Procurement areas such as Capital Equipment, Professional Services, &IT.  Currently leading the R&D procurement area for Bayer’s Crop Science Division, Mike has responsibility for global strategy development,senior business partnering, and driving high complexity projects to accelerate Bayer’s R&D pipeline while meeting financial objectives.  Additionally Mike dedicates a portion of his time at Bayer to Responsible Procurement initiatives which includes the mentoring of small and diverse businesses, and being active in the supplier diversity community / events.

Responsible Sourcing Manager, SAS

Andrea Horn is the Responsible Sourcing Manager at SAS, leading supplier diversity and responsible sourcing programs aligned with ESG and business priorities. Her background includes procurement roles at Duke University and Health System,nonprofit engagement with the Carolinas‑Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council, and early career experience in the U.S. Coast Guard.
