Disclosure  of a disability is a deeply personal decision that can impact career  experience and connection at work. Explore the nuances of the disclosure  process—when, how, and to whom to disclose—and how organizations can create  environments that allow individuals with disabilities to feel comfortable and  safe in disclosing. This session will feature both professionals with  disabilities who’ve navigated their own disclosure decisions as well as  corporate culture champions who’ve effectively fostered workplaces that  support disclosure.
