Cancellation Policy

There is a “no cancellation” policy for all virtual registrations, and there are no full refunds of in-person registrations.

In the event you are no longer able to attend the conference in-person, you have three options:

1. Transfer:
   1. You may send a colleague from your company in your place. Please submit your swap request by using this Conference Registration Change Request Form.
2. Switch to Virtual:
   • If you used a comp code to register for the conference, you may convert your one (1) in-person registration to one (1) virtual registration for yourself or a colleague. Please submit your change request by using this Conference Registration Change Request Form.
   • If you paid via credit card or check, you may convert your one (1) in-person registration to three (3) virtual registrations for you to share with colleagues at your company. Please submit your change request by using this Conference Registration Change Request Form.
3. Donate:
   • You may choose to donate your in-person registration to one of our Certified DOBE Suppliers. Please submit your request using this Conference Registration Form.

After June 27, 2025, in-person registrations can no longer be converted to virtual or transferred to a colleague.
