The 2026 Disability:IN Conference & Expo will be held at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, our official host hotel. Staying on-site offers convenient access to conference sessions, networking events, and amenities designed to support a seamless attendee experience.

Please note that if you book a room at the host hotel property at the group rate, a non-refundable deposit of one (1) night’s room and tax will be charged to your credit card within 72 hours of booking.

Accessible Hotel Rooms

Accessible rooms at our host hotel, the Hilton Anatole, are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you require an accessible room- including wheelchair-accessible, hearing-accessible, or visually accessible accommodations- please email our conference planning team at conference@disabilityin.org. In your email, please include the following:

  • Dates of your stay (including whether you would like to extend your stay before or after the conference)
  • Specific accessibility needs
  • Your preferred method of communication for follow-up (phone or email)

Please note that once all accessible rooms are fully booked, we are unable to accommodate additional requests.
