ASL Interpretation will be provided at all plenary sessions, breakout sessions, committee meetings, meet and greets, receptions, and events where official remarks will be made.

Additionally, ASL interpreters will be floating at conference-programmed networking events, official receptions, and the Expo. On-Demand ASL Interpretation video remote interpreting will be available at the hotel front desk, Disability:IN registration desk, and headshots set-up.

On-Demand Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), which provides live ASL interpreters available anytime during conference hours and in the conference space. Attendees can access VRI on this page using their own devices without any app downloads or log-ins. This service supports conference-related communication only.

In addition, an ASL Attendee Virtual Support Desk offers real-time assistance from trained Deaf support team members. By scanning a QR code, ASL users can receive support with interpreter schedules, session details, conference app navigation, feedback, and other questions without needing to visit a physical help desk. This service enhances convenience and ensures that Deaf and hard of hearing attendees have direct, accessible support throughout the conference.

Both VRI and the Virtual Support Desk will be available during set hours from:

  • Sunday (3:30pm-5:30pm)
  • Monday/Tuesday (7am-8pm)
  • Wednesday (7am-9pm)
  • Thursday (7am-12pm)
