The Spaulding Rehabilitation Network is a hub for a wide variety of support groups for people with disabilities – spinal cord injury survivors, stroke survivors, brain injury survivors, burn survivors, amputee support group among others. In addition, Spaulding offers educational sessions for these communities along with non-traditional treatments including music therapy, Reiki, qui jong, acupuncture and massage therapy. Spaulding’s adaptive sports program also offers activities year-round – virtually, onsite and at regional locations. Spaulding collaborates with many state and national agencies around employment for people with disabilities. Finally, Spaulding participates and sponsors the ReelAbilities Film Festival.
