Pepsi Achieving Change Together (ACT), in partnership with non-profit Disability Solutions @Ability Beyond, enhances the recruiting, sourcing, hiring, training and advancement for people with disabilities, including veterans with disabilities, throughout their U.S. beverage business. Pepsi ACT has provided training to over 150 managers and supervisors to improve interviewing, supervising and retaining talented individuals with disabilities, including veterans with disabilities.  Further, the community impact efforts have reached 450+ jobseekers with disabilities who have received skills training to prepare for interviews and increase their job readiness.
