PG&E has a formal transitional return to work Task Bank Program that targets injured employees (Industrial and Non-Industrial) whose temporary work restrictions cannot be accommodated/no light duty work available in their base department. The program provides a temporary, transitional task assignment for employees with both industrial and non-industrial injuries for up to 6 months. The temporary tasks included in this program are enterprise wise, for all lines of business. The transitional task assignments are not full jobs and do not include current full-time positions; they are temporary tasks intended to only ease the transition from temporarily restricted status to resumption of duties in their base job.
