Merck partners with their Long-Term Disability vendor Cigna on a Stay At Work program. By referring employees to this Cigna program, the employees connect with a Cigna Vocational Coach to talk through the needs of the employee and their disability. Cigna then helps Merck provide employees with recommended accommodations or workplace adjustments that can help them stay at work and not go out on disability.
