Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s team members are provided with 60 hours per year in paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to contribute to causes they care about. Through the HPE Foundation, every HPE team member receives up to $5,000 in annual matching for both financial as well as volunteer time. In 2020, HPE donated $7.6M (through team member donations, matching, rewards, and team member-directed grants); volunteered 107K hours; and supported 5K non-profits. Examples of projects supported included support of military veterans and their families, mental health initiatives and creating care packages.
