Historically, the BI CABS BRG has been focused on the diversity of abilities in their workplace and society by providing a network and resources to their members and BI employees through education and events that increase awareness and access. In 2020, in light of the global pandemic, remote working and a greater need for support, the CABS BRG expanded their Charter to include caregivers. Caregivers can now access internal and external resources through the CABS and BI network resulting in colleagues being able to bring more balance to their life.
