Paula Kelley

Paula Kelly previously served as Managing Director and Business Strategy & Initiative Executive at Bank of America Private Bank. During her tenure at the bank, she was a staunch advocate and leader for disability inclusion. She was global Co-Executive Sponsor of the bank’s disability ERG and a founding member of the bank’s Enterprise Disability Advisory Council. She previously served on Disability:IN’s board of directors and is currently board Vice Chair for National Disability Institute, a non-profit that focuses on financial health and well-being for people with disabilities.
