Most first-time participants report that it takes between 30-40 hours in total staff hours. After the first year, most participants report that it takes less time to complete. Companies that completed the prior year’s Disability Equality Index are given the opportunity to use pre-populated responses to questions that are the same year-over-year to help reduce the overall time to complete the benchmark.
