We celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month by recognizing Connecticut’s Top Businesses for Disability Inclusion in the Workplace and Supply Chain.
Our Keynote Speaker will be Connecticut’s State Treasurer Shawn Wooden. Treasurer Wooden is a leading advocate for workplace disability inclusion. He has taken a leadership role in the movement to recruit the support of institutional investors with a letter writing campaign asking those powerful investors of retirement funds to join him and invest exclusively in corporations which sign a letter of commitment to workplace Disability Inclusion.
We will also be hearing from Sephora’s VP of Human Resources who will share Sephora’s experiences on their disability inclusion journey.
The Connecticut Affiliate is proud to honor the 2020 Workplace Inclusion honorees. Their names will be announced just prior to our event.
As in every year since it began, Connecticut Businesses “Rock” the DEI. We will be recognizing our Connecticut DEI Best Places to work for Disability Inclusion.
