Trinity Gray
My name is Trinity S. Gray. I have worked in the financial services industry for 15 year, 7 of those years have been spent at TIAA. Before beginning a career in financial services I was a professionally track and field athlete.
My current role at TIAA is a Sr. Client Relationship Consultant in TIAA Financial Solutions’ Wealth Management department. I work with two financial advisors to help client’s plan to and through retirement. I primary responsibility is working with other TIAA department to deliver top-quality service to our clients.
I joined the TIAA Diverse Abilities BRG in 2015 and became a member of the leadership team in 2016. In 2018, I was nominated to be the Diverse Abilities BRG’s first Junior National Chair. As the Jr. National Chair, I have pushed for consolidation of company benefits, trainings and job accommodations that impact employees with disabilities and their families. In 2018, I was nominated and won one of 10 employees of the year awards from the CAREERS and the disAbled magazine and I was nominated as a TIAA Difference Maker.
In my free time, I volunteer at the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald house and coach a track and field team.
