Scott Pentoney

 

Scott Pentoney is a Leadership Team member of the Network Operations group in ESPN’s Production Operations department. He serves as Network Operations’ programming liaison, which includes oversight of program delivery, closed captioning, and Master Control. Scott’s role of ensuring smooth, operational distribution of ESPN’s content involves both linear and non-linear programming.

Scott joined ESPN ENABLED in 2010 as ENABLED’s Event Chair and quickly implemented ESPN’s yearly celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month – held every October, in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Labor. Through his role as Content Chair, Scott has become the leader of ESPN’s Disability Content Committee – a group of cross-platform representatives dedicated to maximizing the company’s disability content for fans.

Scott joined ESPN in 1997. He is an avid sports fan, and both his personal and professional life fuel his passion for ESPN ENABLED and the disability community.
