For the past five years Monique has held two lead positions at Northrop Grumman within the Victory Over Impairment and Challenge Enterprise (The VOICE) Employee Resource Group. Serving as Campus and Communications chairperson on the Northrop Grumman Enterprise board, she interacts with all levels of personnel and brings a fresh outlook to the resource group utilizing her skills to effectively communicate the company mission while leveraging personal experiences. At the Enterprise level, she utilized her publications background and created a campus newsletter, “The Advocate,” which was elevated to Sector level and is currently distributed to all campuses within four sectors of Northrop Grumman. “The Advocate” has become a communication tool for the corporation, which includes personal stories of challenges and achievements. The VOICE ERG also hosts experts on topics such as autism, diabetes, ADHD, sleep apnea, anxiety, depression, and managing stress. Under her leadership, VOICE membership has grown to more than 100 members.

In her private life Monique manages and performs in an R&B band, playing all over the San Francisco Bay Area, and is a classically trained vocalist.
